We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and operational data. As a chauffeur and taxi dispatch platform, our driver application requires certain permissions and location services to facilitate trip assignments, passenger safety, route navigation, and accurate fare computations.

2. Location Data & Background Tracking
Because T-Lux Driver is a professional driver dispatch and tracking tool, location access is the core functionality of the application.

T-Lux Driver collects and uploads your exact real-time location data (GPS coordinates) even when the app is running in the background or when the screen is locked/closed, specifically to:
- Match you with nearby passenger ride requests based on your proximity.
- Allow passengers and dispatchers to monitor the driver's arrival and active trip progress in real-time.
- Calculate exact trip distances, routes, and fares accurately.
- Enhance driver safety and assist in emergency route assistance during ongoing rides.
Location tracking in the background is only active when you are set to "Online" (Available for trips) or currently conducting an Active Trip. When you switch your status to "Offline", background location collection immediately stops.

3. Google Maps Platform Terms & Use of Maps Data
The T-Lux Driver application incorporates and utilizes features and content from the Google Maps Platform (including Google Maps Android SDK, Geocoding API, Directions API, and Places API) to provide map visualization, reverse geocoding, turn-by-turn navigation routing, and location search.

To register and maintain your driver account, we collect the following categories of information:

6. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers:
- Google Maps Platform: For map rendering, address lookups, and navigation assistance (governed by Google Maps Terms).
- Google Firebase: For real-time messaging (FCM), secure authentication, and crash analytics.
- Passengers: When you accept a trip, the assigned passenger can view your name, vehicle details, rating, and live location on their map.

7. Account & Data Deletion (User Rights)
You have full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your driver account and associated data:
- You can request account deletion directly from the Profile / Settings section within the T-Lux Driver app.
- Alternatively, you can email our support team at Teslaa.vip@gmail.com with the subject "Driver Account Deletion Request".
Upon verification, your personal account details, uploaded documents, and profile data will be permanently deleted or anonymized, except for transaction records required by local tax and accounting laws.
All communication between the T-Lux Driver app and our servers is secured using modern HTTPS/TLS encryption. Sensitive authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage mechanisms.

نحن نولي خصوصية بياناتك اهتماماً فائقاً ونلتزم بحمايتها. ونظراً لأن التطبيق مخصص للسائقين المحترفين، فإن التطبيق يتطلب بعض الأذونات والبيانات لضمان دقة إسناد الرحلات، أمان الركاب والسائقين، وتحديد مسار الرحلة واحتساب الأجرة بدقة.

2. بيانات الموقع الجغرافي والتتبع في الخلفية (Background Location)
تُعد خدمة الموقع الجغرافي الوظيفة الجوهرية والأساسية لعمل تطبيق T-Lux Driver.

إفصاح صريح عن جمع بيانات الموقع في الخلفية (وفق سياسات Google Play):
يقوم تطبيق T-Lux Driver بجمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي الدقيقة (إحداثيات GPS) وإرسالها إلى خوادمنا حتى عندما يكون التطبيق مغلقاً أو يعمل في الخلفية أثناء إقفال الشاشة، وذلك حصرياً للأغراض التالية:
- توزيع وإسناد طلبات الرحلات القريبة منك بناءً على قرب موقعك الجغرافي من الراكب.
- تمكين الراكب وإدارة النظام من متابعة خط سير الرحلة الحالية ولحظة وصول السائق بشكل مباشر على الخريطة.
- حساب المسافة الفعلية للرحلة بدقة وتحديد مسار الملاحة واحتساب تكلفة الأجرة بدقة.
- تعزيز سلامة السائق والراكب والمساعدة في حالات الطوارئ أثناء تنفيذ الرحلات النشطة.
ملاحظة: تتبع الموقع في الخلفية يعمل فقط عندما تكون في وضع "متصل / متاح لتلقي الرحلات" أو أثناء "تنفيذ رحلة نشطة". بمجرد تغيير حالتك إلى "غير متصل"، يتوقف جمع بيانات الموقع في الخلفية فوراً.

يستخدم تطبيق T-Lux Driver خدمات وبيانات من منصة خرائط جوجل (Google Maps Platform) (بما يشمل حزمة خرائط أندرويد SDK، وخدمات التوجيه الملاحي Directions API، وتحديد العناوين الجغرافية Geocoding API والأماكن Places API) لعرض الخرائط وتوجيه المسار والبحث عن المواقع بدقة.

لإتمام تسجيل السائق وإدارة حسابه، نجمع البيانات التالية:

5. أذونات الهاتف الإضافية
- الكاميرا ومعرض الصور: تستخدم فقط لالتقاط ورفع صور رخصة القيادة، استمارة المركبة، والصورة الشخصية للسائق.
- الإشعارات (Push Notifications): لإرسال تنبيهات فورية للسائق عند توفر رحلة جديدة أو إشعار من الإدارة.
- الخدمات التي تعمل في الواجهة (Foreground Service): لضمان استمرار عمل التتبع وعرض إشعار دائم بحالة السائق أثناء الاتصال أو تنفيذ المشوار.

6. مشاركة البيانات مع جهات أخرى
نحن لا نبيع أو نؤجر بياناتك لأي جهة إعلانية أو تجارية. تتم مشاركة البيانات فقط مع:
- منصة خرائط Google Maps: لعرض الخرائط وحساب المسارات وتحديد العناوين (وتخضع لشروط Google Maps).
- خدمات Google Firebase: لإرسال الإشعارات والتحقق الآمن وتحليل الأخطاء البرمجية.
- الركاب: عند قبول الرحلة، يظهر للراكب اسمك، صورة المركبة، رقم اللوحة، وموقعك المباشر أثناء التوجه إليه.

7. حق حذف الحساب والبيانات (User Deletion Rights)
يحق لك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية من خلال:
- طلب حذف الحساب مباشرة من داخل التطبيق عبر صفحة الإعدادات / الملف الشخصي.
- أو مراسلتنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني: Teslaa.vip@gmail.com بعنوان "طلب حذف حساب سائق".
عند تأكيد الطلب، سيتم حذف جميع بياناتك الشخصية وصور المستندات نهائياً من خوادمنا، باستثناء السجلات المالية التي يفرض القانون واللوائح المحاسبية الاحتفاظ بها لأغراض تدقيق المعاملات.

تتم حماية جميع البيانات المنقولة بين التطبيق والخوادم عبر بروتوكولات التشفير الحديثة (HTTPS / TLS)، كما يتم تخزين رموز المصادقة والبيانات الحساسة في الذاكرة المشفرة للهاتف بطريقة آمنة.
